Comfort At Every Turn
The bedrooms feature wood themes of Oak, Ash, Elm and Beech which is evident in the wooden beams, shelving, seating and finishes in each room and runs through into the respective private bathrooms. The result – stunning and unique accommodation.
All the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Each bedroom has a Super king bed with high quality pocket-sprung mattresses and can be converted into twin single beds.
Feather and duck down duvets and fine Egyptian cotton bed linen are provided. On request, allergy duvet and pillows are available.
Luxurious bath sheets and hand towels are provided for all guests. Guest soaps and toiletries from The Tub, Scottish Soaps are provided & hair dryer in each room.
Oak

Elm

Beech
Large sunny bedroom with velux windows and plenty of floorspace. Features recessed bookshelves with books, three armchairs and storage area. En-suite wetroom with sauna, double basin, large walk-in shower and WC
Mezzanine
This cosy snug has seating, large beanbags, TV and Blu-Ray DVD, books and games. A sofa-bed for provides additional sleeping accommodation if required. We like to keep this for a ‘chill zone’ or ‘kids zone’. If you do need another bed, we can put a single in the Beech room making it a three-bed room.
Babies and children
A cot with duvet and linen, high chair, moses and stair gate are available on request. We love making up the cot for our children’s guests, just had to put a picture up. It works well in Beech room upstairs or Oak room downstairs.
For the safety of children, guests should note that a Mill Pond sits nearby, and there is a drop at the mill wheel housing to the side of the property. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Spare Room
The Farmhouse is home for us, our three children, our two dogs, as well as the centre of our farm and tree business.
The available bedroom is clean, comfortable and warm and has its own private bathroom with bath. The bed is usually configured as twins, but can be made up as a (superking) on request. We’re happy to welcome up to two additional guests into our home but warn you that the hall and stairway are not always kept immaculately tidy!
